Service Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

This policy is effective immediately

1. Pre-existing Item Condition Exclusion

The company shall not bear compensation responsibility for fabric damage, colour fading, loose decorations or filler leakage caused by original ageing, hidden flaws or improper prior maintenance of customers’ textiles. Customers must inspect goods and raise damage complaints within 7 calendar days after service collection.

2. Chemical & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

All cleaning detergents and dry cleaning solvents contain standard industry chemical components. Persons with skin, chemical or fabric dye allergies shall inform staff before service submission. No compensation shall be granted for allergic reactions resulting from failure of prior allergy notification.

3. Normal Textile Wear Exemption

Minor natural fibre shedding, slight shrinkage or gentle crease generated after standard laundering belongs to regular textile physical change. Such normal wear is excluded from company compensation scope under all circumstances.

4. Maximum Liability Cap

Where the company is proven liable for operational fault, total compensation amount is capped at either original service payment cost or the market replacement price of the damaged item, whichever figure is lower. All related claim applications must be submitted within 14 working days from pickup date.

5. Unclaimed Items Regulation

Cleaned goods left uncollected by customers for more than 30 calendar days will no longer be under full safekeeping liability of our company, and the enterprise reserves reasonable disposal right for long-abandoned laundry.

6. Policy Modification Notice Period

Any updated disclaimer clauses will be published on the official website with a 14-day advance notice period before new terms formally take legal effect.
