These terms are effective immediately

1. Service Agreement

By using the services provided by LAUNDRY LAB LEEDS LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern all interactions between you and our company for laundry and dry cleaning services.

2. Service Provision

We offer a full range of laundry services including self-service washing and drying, and professional dry cleaning for items from suits to large household textiles such as super king size duvets and mattress protectors. All services are provided according to our standard operating procedures and industry best practices.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are clearly displayed at our facility and on our website. We accept major credit/debit cards, contactless payments, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Prices are subject to change with 14 days notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must inform us of any special care instructions for items. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care instructions or items with pre-existing damage. Valuable items should not be left in clothing pockets. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may pose a risk to our equipment or staff.

5. Service Delivery

Standard service turnaround time is 48 hours for most items. Express service is available for an additional fee with a 24-hour turnaround. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery times but cannot guarantee them in case of equipment failure, supply shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability and Claims

Our liability for damaged items is limited to the replacement value of the item or the cost of the service, whichever is lower. Claims for damaged or lost items must be made within 72 hours of service completion. We are not liable for shrinkage or color loss on items not properly labeled for care.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of service completion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any customer for failure to comply with these Terms, abusive behavior towards staff, or non-payment of services. Customers may terminate service at any time by providing written notice.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at our facility and on our website with a notice period of 14 days. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
