This policy is effective immediately
1. General Cancellation Rules
Customers may submit service cancellation requests via email or in-store counter. All cancellation timelines start counting from the scheduled service booking date. Any verbal cancellation needs written confirmation within 24 hours to take effect officially.
2. Full Refund Cancellation Window
Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours ahead of confirmed service time qualify for 100% full payment refund with no administrative deduction.
3. Partial Deduction for Late Cancellation
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before service start will incur a fixed service preparation charge up to 50% of original order value, remaining balance will be processed as refund within 7 working days.
4. No-Refund Circumstances
No refund will be issued once laundry cleaning process has been started. Uncollected finished goods abandoned over 30 calendar days lead to automatic service forfeiture without payment reimbursement.
5. Service Fault Refund Application
If our operational fault leads to unsatisfied service, clients can apply for partial or full refund within 7 days after order completion with valid proof; our team reviews and replies to refund application within 10 working days.
6. Refund Processing Period
Approved refunds are returned to original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to normal banking transfer processing schedule.
7. Policy Revision Notice
When this refund policy gets updated, revised terms are published online and in-store with a 14-day advance notice period before formal implementation.
