1. Order Submission & Manual Confirmation
All online booking orders require manual staff confirmation to become valid. Submitting an order online does not mean automatic approval; our team will review and verify your service request within 24 hours.
2. Confirmation Notification
Once your order is confirmed manually, we will send a confirmation notice via email. The notice includes verified service time, item details and final payment information. Please check your email inbox regularly.
3. Service Scheduling Rules
Service time is arranged based on manual confirmation results. Customers must arrive and drop off laundry items within the confirmed time window. Delays over 30 minutes may require rescheduling.
4. Order Modification
You can modify booking details (service type, items) only before manual confirmation. After confirmation, modifications are subject to staff review and may result in schedule adjustments.
5. Unconfirmed Order Processing
Orders without manual confirmation within 48 hours may be marked invalid and cancelled. Paid bookings can either be rescheduled to another available slot upon customer request or processed for fund refund in line with our official refund policy. Please contact us promptly if you do not receive a confirmation reply within the specified time.
6. Service Compliance
All confirmed orders must follow our store service standards. Our staff reserves the right to adjust services based on fabric conditions and actual operational requirements after manual checking.
7. Policy Revision
We reserve the right to revise this booking policy. Updated terms will be published online and take effect after a 14-day advance notice period.
